The lightweight composite aluminum/plastic panels reduces the emergency trolleys noise when in motion and provides an easy & economical repair if the panels are damaged. Every medical cart includes large 125mm anti-static castors making them easily manoeuvrable in high-pressure situations. The 1 x directional locking castor will help guide the medication trolley in a straight line.
