Ordering & Transactional
Add all desired items to your cart & when ready to finalise, proceed to checkout. Fill in details including delivery address and then proceed to payment.
We accept payments via VISA & MasterCard at checkout.
Yes you will receive a tax invoice for your purchase, via email or with the goods.
NDIS Ordering
We will require payment to be made before releasing any goods.
Please create a quote or proforma invoice, by adding the required items into the shopping cart & completing all contact details. Once you have received the quote/invoice & wish to proceed, please email it to customerservice@4healthcare.com.au requesting to place your order. We will then provide the necessary steps to complete your order.
Alternatively if you have the funds & can pay at checkout, please process your order as normal and a tax invoice will be supplied for you to use to claim.

We will require a service booking to be made via the NDIS portal before releasing any goods. This sometimes requires a quote & AT assessment to be carried out by your healthcare professional, to be approved by NDIS.

We offer free Perth metro delivery Monday-Fridays with our own drivers.
-Click & Collect from Landsdale WA..
We can offer no-charge pickup from our warehouse in Landsdale WA 6065.
-Courier shipping within rural WA..
We can offer courier shipping to almost all postcodes in WA – refer to shipping costs at checkout.
Delivery costs are calculated by the size and weight of the products and your location. These costs are calculated in the shopping cart & will be added to the total before checking out.
Orders within Perth metro are delivered in approx. 2-3 business days. Orders within rural WA are delivered in approx. 7-10 business days. Orders for collection are ready within 1-2 business days.
Perth Metro – you will be contacted to arrange the best day/time slot that suits you & our drivers. If requested, you can be phoned prior to drivers arriving.
Click & Collect – you will be notified by staff when goods have been picked & ready.
Rural WA – you will be supplied with a consignment/tracking number once goods have left the warehouse.
Warranties & Returns
Contact us as soon as the fault is known & include your proof of purchase. This will prompt an internal investigation, and you will be contacted to assist in a warranty claim if the item is still under the manufacturers warranty guidelines & time frame.
Contact us as soon as the products delivered & known to be no longer required. We will then discuss your options & costs for return if possible. Please note some non-stocked or special order-in items are not returnable.
